Message from the CEO

Dear ATS Community,

As we celebrate National Mentoring Month this January, I am reminded of the profound impact mentoring can have on mentors and mentees. At ATS+Partners, mentoring is a two-way street where both parties learn, grow, and inspire each other. This mutual exchange of knowledge and experience is invaluable, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Leaders can also greatly benefit from investing in leadership coaching opportunities. By participating in these programs, leaders enhance their skills and set a powerful example for their teams.

In this month's newsletter, we are excited to share a compelling feature about a government organization that partnered with ATS+Partners to engage its leaders, cultivate a culture of succession planning, and develop SMART goals for itself and its teams. This highlights the transformative power of strategic leadership development and the positive ripple effects it can create within an organization.

Thank you for being a part of our community and for your commitment to growth and excellence. Together, let's continue to build a future where mentoring and leadership development are at the heart of our success.

Enjoy,

Aquila Leon-Soon

Feature on Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring in the public sector.

In 2024, a prominent government organization set out to enhance its culture of strategic succession planning, leadership development, and meaningful relationship-building. To support these ambitious initiatives, they engaged ATS+Partners, a certified minority organization recognized for its executive coaching and leadership enhancement expertise.

The organization established clear objectives to guide its efforts:

  • Enhance leadership and communication skills.

  • Promote strategic management and sound decision-making capabilities.

  • Develop key managerial skills while boosting participant confidence.

  • Foster professional positioning and advocacy.

  • Build strategic relationships and strengthen team dynamics.
